Pharmacy Technician

Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for their Detroit, MI/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center. We service Client Network Medicare Part D Members and Providers. Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Requirements: Retail Pharmacy experience - at least 2 years Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc) Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes Exceptional Customer Service Detail Oriented Ability to multi-task Willingness to accept change Call center experience CMS knowledge CPhT preferred (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed) Why Should You Apply?
