TRAVEL - RN - REHAB (693) - Wesley Rehab - 7A - 7P - BACKFILL Unit Information: ( insert name/cost center ): Wesley Rehabilitation Center/69321 Location: Wesley Rehabilitation Center Address: 833 North Vassar Avenue Wichita, KS 67208 Floor: 1 Building: Rehab Center General Information Tell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds - 41 • Number of Staff - currently haveaccepted; working towards • Type of staff: • Day Shift - 4 RN and 5 LPN • Night Shift - 4 RN and 4 LPN • Patient Ratios - 1:6 • Type of equipment - patient lifts; iSTAT, glucometer, administer inhalers/breathing treatments, • EMR - Meditech Magic Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, LPNs) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. • LPN must be IV certified • BLS certified • Read telemetry Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. • CRRN Certification • Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute setting • ACLS certified within 90 certified List typical procedures performed on unit(s): • Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team • Lab draws, IV meds as needed, blood administration as needed, head to toe assessments, Best personality Fit: • Enjoys educating patients and family members on care plan/rehabilitation program • Good communication skills • Empathetic and patient advocate Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. • Follow Wesley Healthcare main campus policies/guidelines Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent .
