Senior Pricing Analyst

The position owns the full pricing lifecycle - From developing pricing strategies and modeling tradeoffs to monitoring performance and refining approaches over time. You'll work closely with leaders across the organization to evaluate pricing scenarios, uncover opportunities for margin improvement, and support enterprise-level decision-making. This is a highly visible, onsite role for the analytical individual who enjoys translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and shaping how pricing decisions are made.What You'll Love Direct impact on strategic business decisions High visibility with senior leadership Ownership of pricing strategy and lifecycle execution A collaborative, data-driven environment A leadership team that values professional development and is thoughtful about long-term growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Analyze pricing, sales, and market trends to inform strategy Manage the full pricing lifecycle - Strategy development, implementation, and performance monitoring Model pricing scenarios and tradeoffs between profitability and volume Research customer and competitor pricing to identify improvement opportunities Advise cross-functional leaders on pricing scenarios and revenue implications Establish and support pricing governance for consistency and accountability Audit pricing systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Communicate insights through dashboards, presentations, and written summaries Propose scalable pricing models and automation strategies to support growth Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, or financial analysis within a complex, data-driven environment Advanced Excel skills for modeling and data analysis Working knowledge of SQL Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) Strong analytical thinking with the ability to influence decision-making Clear, confident communication and cross-functional collaboration skills If this role aligns with your preferred working style - Strategic, analytical, and collaborative - We'd welcome the opportunity to connect and share more!
