Overview As our Benefits Manager, you are the architect behind the scenes, ensuring our crew has the security, health, and retirement support they need to succeed. You'll be responsible for designing, managing, and perfecting our benefits programs to keep Fun Town RV the premier destination for top talent in the industry. Key Responsibilities Benefits Strategy & Design: Lead the charge in evaluating, negotiating, and implementing competitive benefit plans-including health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA and our 401(k) with company match. Vendor Management: Be the main point of contact for insurance carriers and brokers, negotiating policies to ensure we maximize cost-effectiveness without sacrificing quality. EDI File Feed management: Responsible for the oversight and accuracy of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) file feeds between internal ADP Workforce Now systems and external benefit providers. Open Enrollment: Direct our annual open enrollment process, creating clear, "fun-to-read" communication materials and training our staff so they understand their value. Compliance Expert: Keep us ahead of the curve by ensuring all plans strictly adhere to federal and state regulations, including ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and FMLA. Handle any audits. Employee Advocate: Primary contact for our employees, helping them navigate complex claims, life status changes, and general questions with empathy and speed. Data & Analysis: Dive into the numbers to track costs and usage trends, providing senior leadership with the insights needed to keep our benefits package the best in the business. Perform other duties as assigned by Management Preferred Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, ideally within a complex, multi-state environment. Industry Savvy: Previous experience in the RV or automotive industry is a major plus-understanding the needs of a fast-paced sales and service environment is key. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep, technical understanding of ACA, FMLA, COBRA, and retirement plan administration. Tech Proficiency: Mastery of ADP Workforce Now benefits enrollment system. Communication: The ability to take "insurance speak" and translate it into plain English for our team. Physical Requirements & Environment Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer screen. Must be able to lift 10lbs Travel: Occasional travel to various Fun Town RV locations may be required to support onsite enrollment or training. BENEFITS: Competitive salary based on experience.
