As an Occupational Therapist at our center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. PAY: $47 - 55 per hour +/DOE Responsibilities: Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address residents' needs and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents' functional abilities, mobility, and independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes for residents. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding therapeutic interventions and strategies. Qualifications: Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in CA. Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
