About the job Maintenance Technician About the Role: Autonomy Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and a proven ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of systems, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Utilize and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) effectively. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability. Collaborate with team members to address equipment-related issues. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Qualifications: Proficiency in using and programming PLCs is required. Technical degree in Mechatronics or related field is preferred but not required. Experience in maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
