Job Description CSP is excited to hire motivated individuals looking to make a difference on our growing production team as Molding, Bonding and Finishing employees on all shifts! Your job responsibilities include: Producing parts by loading molding material into presses using methods defined in standardized work instructions. Starting machines, monitoring operations, and recording operational data. Performing detailed dimensional inspection of work product to identify potential defects. Preparing molded components for prime and paint operations including de-flashing and detailing to customer specifications through use of hand and/or power tools. Notifying Supervisor when defects exceed acceptable limits or when major equipment malfunctions occur. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with Company standards Why work for us?
