Job Requirements Experience in project administration working for a specialty contractor or GC RFIs, submittals, scheduling, documentation, change orders, contract administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge and experience pertaining to commercial waterproofing and roofing projects Self-starter, problem solver, team player with strong communication skills Detail oriented, organized, well spoken Pay range $100,000-130,000 plus health benefits.
