Adecco is seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support to our Escrow Department. This position works closely with an escrow officer or team and plays a key role in supporting residential real estate transactions from opening through closing.Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and customer service support to the Escrow Department Assist escrow officers with daily tasks related to residential closings Open escrow orders and enter closing statement information accurately Prepare and organize documents required for escrow closings Handle disbursement of funds and follow up on escrow transactions Communicate transaction requirements and updates to clients Review and interpret agreements related to escrow closings Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of information Follow department processes and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement Qualifications 2+ years of escrow-related experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced office environment Work Environment 100% onsite position in a Branch/office setting Pay Details: $24.85 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
