LCSW - Full Time Position

Jackson Therapy Partners is hiring an experienced LCSW for a full-time position with an area client where you'll use your expertise to advocate for patients or students and help them gain access to available resources while confronting personal challenges like mental illness, addiction, and abuse. Minimum Requirements Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited educational program Two years of supervised clinical experience Current state license in good standing with the State License Board Full License Only (LMSW, LLP, or LPC with the State of Michigan) At least one year of post-Master's experience providing mental health treatment services to adults and children with severe mental illness At least one year of experience treating or working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Ability to engage and develop therapeutic alliances with adults, children, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and supporters Experience with Crisis Intervention (highly preferred) Minimum of one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families Must obtain the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Children's Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and Qualified Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Professional (QIDP) credential within 120 days of hire Must possess a CAADC credential or be on an active, approved registered MCBAP certification Development Plan within six weeks of hire All state licensure must continually remain active, in effect, and free from disciplinary action Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401K PTO Paid holidays include New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, ½ day for Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after (Black Friday), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Location HighlightsSouthgate, MI offers a variety of recreational and cultural attractions.
