Casting Finisher - 3rd Shift

Summary:We are seeking a Casting Finisher to support production by removing excess material from castings using hand and power tools. This role focuses on detail, consistency, and safe tool operation. Prior grinding experience is preferred, but training is available. • Hours: Sunday - Thursday 9:00pm-5:00am • Pay: $19.72 per hour plus $0.50 cent shift premimumResponsibilities: • Remove excess material from castings using portable grinders, belt grinders, and hand files • Position castings on benches or tables for finishing • Identify areas requiring material removal based on casting condition • Finish standard and routine castings, including those repaired by welding • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaQualifications: • Prior experience using grinders preferred; willing to train • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
