Job DescriptionSenior Project Manager - Structured Cabling Fort Wayne, IN Join Next Level Technician as a Senior Project Manager in Fort Wayne, IN! Responsibilities: Serve as an ambassador for Next Level Technician by leading assigned projects from initiation through close?out Oversee all aspects of structured cabling and integrated systems projects, ensuring compliance with contract documents, schedules, budgets, and quality standards Supervise and direct internal project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project delivery Align business objectives and strategically allocate resources to support customers within a comprehensive risk and safety management program Promote and enforce a safety?first culture, ensuring adherence to company, client, and site?specific safety policies and procedures Manage installation strategies using industry best practices and proven construction methods Track project performance metrics to meet or exceed project expectations Identify change events and implement effective change?management strategies Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement Travel as required, including overnight travel, to support project needs Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field (relevant experience may substitute for degree) 7-10+ years of experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects Experience overseeing multiple contract types: lump sum, cost plus/GMP, unit price, design?build/design?assist, and T&M Strong understanding of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and project delivery best practices Ability to identify risk, change events, and mitigation strategies proactively Preferred certifications: BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, PMP Additional BICSI certifications (Installer, Technician, etc.) are a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder?management skills Why Work with Next Level Technician in Fort Wayne, IN?
