SUBSTITUTE NURSE

Position Type: Substitute Date Posted: 1/17/2024 Location: SUBSTITUTE Any individual interested in becoming a substitute Nurse for the Hardin Jefferson Independent School District is required to have a completed application on file PRIOR to the district's substitute teacher orientation. A completed application includes: • Employment application for substitute Nurse • Verification of Education (official copy of a public high school transcript or college transcript) • DPS CCH Verification Form • Criminal History Record Information Form (CHRI) • W-4 form • Employment Eligibility Form or I-9 (including a copy of your social security card and driver's license) • Acceptable User Policy Agreement (AUP) ALL SUBSTITUTE APPLICANTS MUST BE FINGERPRINTED • The fingerprinting process will be initiated once your application is received. Each substitute is responsible for the cost of fingerprinting. Qualifications A substitute applicant must have one of the following: • LVN or RN Substitute Nurse Pay rates: RN $120/day LVN $110/day
