Key Responsibilities Collect and analyze comprehensive patient health data to inform care decisions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patients and optimize outcomes Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnoses and goals Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and recovery processes Prioritize safety and efficient use of clinical resources Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to continual learning Qualifications Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license (required within 60 days of relocation if applicable) At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Rehab or LTAC backgrounds may be considered with acute care history) Education: ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred Certifications: BLS (AHA) - required within 30 days of start NIH Stroke Certification - required within 30 days ACLS - required within 6 months Compensation & Perks Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000+ based on experience Night Shift Differential: +$4.50/hour Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Available case-by-case Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more Available Shifts Day Shift - Rotating weekends (urgent need) Night Shift - Rotating weekends This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career in a patient-focused, high-volume medical surgical unit.
