ServiceNow Admin Raleigh, NC onsite Contract Role Description: Responsible for administration of ServiceNow tool Troubleshooting Level 2/3 Incidents in ServiceNow Support queue Accountable for Service Restoration/Resolution for incidents/tasks in-scope Ensure production stability, and track issues to closure? Production Deployment & Certification Pre-Production support Limited to Small Enhancements Code review and update as and when required for production issues Regression testing support for small enhancements Knowledge Management - Creating/Maintaining knowledgebase documents. Vendor Liaison for the applications in (TCS) scope?
