Active Secret security clearance required.Description of Work: The Logistics, Inventory, Purchasing, and Badging Administrator manages Government Furnished Property (GFP) receiving, inventory tracking, procurement support, and asset accountability for the Navigation Training Systems Lab (NTSL). The individual supports shipping and receiving, warehousing, documentation, and lifecycle tracking of assets while also supporting facility access control workflows, security badging administration, and coordination with approved escort personnel. This role ensures logistics, inventory, and access processes are executed in compliance with contract, security, and operational requirements. They will also manage GFP receiving, inventory tracking, procurement support, shipping and receiving, warehousing, asset accountability, and documentation. Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, document, and track Government Furnished Property (GFP) in accordance with contract requirements Maintain accurate inventory records, asset accountability documentation, and audit-ready records Perform periodic inventory reconciliations and support discrepancy identification and resolution Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of GFP within laboratory and warehouse spaces Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation Support warehousing activities, including staging, storage, and movement of equipment Coordinate logistics activities to support mobilization, installation, upgrades, and sustainment efforts Support procurement activities, including purchase requests, tracking, and coordination with approved vendors Maintain purchasing documentation and support reconciliation of delivered items Coordinate purchasing and logistics activities with program and technical staff Support facility access control workflows, including onboarding, access requests, and coordination with Government security personnel Administer security badging processes and maintain badging documentation Coordinate access and escort requirements with approved escort personnel to ensure compliance with site security policies Maintain logistics, inventory, purchasing, and badging documentation in accordance with contract requirements Prepare inventory reports, asset status updates, and logistics summaries for Government review Support audits, inspections, and Government reviews related to GFP and facility access Comply with all personnel security, background investigation, and credentialing requirements Adhere to Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements and safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Follow Government policies for access to DoD installations, facilities, and sensitive environments Maintain required training, certifications, and licenses for safe handling of equipment and materials Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting logistics, inventory, purchasing, or asset management functions for DoD or Federal programs Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education where permitted Demonstrated experience managing inventory systems, shipping and receiving, and asset accountability Possession of required permits, training, and licenses for handling heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as applicable CLR and its subcontractors shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a), and 60-741.5(a).
