We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic team and support children on the autism spectrum ages 2 to 6 years old in a structured, fun, supportive, and collaborative environment. We're excited to meet you!Salary Description • $20-$24 per hour Requirements What do you need? High school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ability to pass a Level II background check Reliable transportation to and from work A passion for helping others Physical & Environmental Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and engage in physical play for extended periods up to 6-8 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently. Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety.
