Intellivation is seeking a for top-notch individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience to join our machining department.The ideal candidates will be graduates from a machining technology program with at least 2 years of machining experience. If so, this is the job for you.ScheduleWe are hiring for our afternoon shift, from 11AM - 7:30 PM. Monday thru Friday, with occasional Saturdays as well.Typical Tasks- Setup and operate Haas 3 axis CNC mills and Haas CNC lathes with live tooling and Y axis.- Adjust Feeds, Speeds, and offsets to ensure accuracy and quality of machined parts.- Setup and operate manual Mills and Lathes.- Precision machining of aluminum, stainless steel, copper, carbon steel, ceramics, plastics, and other materials, per prints.- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).- Inspection of completed parts.- Maintaining a clean work environment.Requirements- Smart, creative and innovative.-Independent worker, able to work without supervision-Willingness to deliver precision and quality work-Can-do, team-based attitude.- Attentive, and detail oriented.- Can-do, team-based attitude.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Lift 50-80lbs.Position Details- Availability is immediate.- This is a full-time hourly position.- Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance; retirement plan with company match; paid time off; paid holidays.
