The person in this role will complete company sponsored training and certifications relative to those activities. This position requires proficiency in AutoCAD drafting functions. Applicant must also be proficient in Microsoft Office, be a good communicator, possess excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate with General Contractors and other subs to gather required information to design the projects sprinkler system. Create detailed drawings through extensive use of AutoCAD Create material listings for projects Perform Hydraulic Calculations Work with other departments within the company to handover proper job information Maintain organized records including but not limited to tracking of submittals, change orders, and permits. Must have: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Fire Sprinkler Designer Proficiency in AutoCAD Experience with Bluebeam Ability to perform hydraulic calculations Strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills Working Place:Roseville, California, United States Company : ESR Healthcare
