Employee Success Specialist

Job Summary: Our client is seeking an Employee Success Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Duties: Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Serve as first-line support for employee questions, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation Recommend effective, compliant solutions and escalate complex matters to Employee Relations leadership when appropriate Support performance management, coaching conversations, and workplace accommodations Partner with managers to drive consistent and fair application of company policies Manage a high volume of employee cases with accuracy and sound judgment Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and employee records Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Employee Relations, Benefits, and Talent Development Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance employee experience Desired Skills/Experience: 3+ years of experience consulting on HR policies and processes with employees and managers Experience as an HR Generalist or in Employee Relations Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a high volume of cases while maintaining quality and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $18.00 and $26.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
