PHYSICAL THERAPISTPRN

PRN / Monday - Friday / Flexible hours; Pay rate is $46.13/hr; OP clinic setting primarily JOB REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION Minimum: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. Preferred: Graduation from an accredited Masters or Doctorate physical therapy program or Bachelor's degree in physical therapy with continuing education credits or coursework. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION Indiana Physical Therapy license or eligibility with current temporary license required. EXPERIENCE Minimum: Clinical rotation experience in inpatient and outpatient environments with varied diagnoses. Preferred: At lease one year experience as licensed physical therapist in varied environments including inpatient, outpatient, and home healthcare settings.
