It's an opportunity to be the face of an organization that changes lives every day.If you are relationship-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about serving seniors, this is your opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful difference.What You'll Do:As our Business Development & Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strong referral partnerships and driving sustainable growth in the community.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to generate consistent, high-quality referrals Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, senior centers, case managers, and community organizations Represent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and community functions Track outreach efforts, referral sources, and performance metrics in our CRM Collaborate closely with our internal care team to ensure a seamless and compassionate client experience Meet and exceed referral and growth goals What Makes You a Strong Candidate:We're seeking a professional who understands both relationship-building and accountability.Qualifications: Proven experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relations (required) Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding referral or sales targets Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with excellent follow-through Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to travel throughout Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple Why Join Caring Senior Service?
