As we expand our interdisciplinary support, we are adding Speech Therapy services to better support communication development for the families we serve. Our goal is to provide collaborative, holistic care that empowers children to build meaningful communication skills in their natural environments.Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home speech and language therapy to children with developmental delays, autism, and communication disorders. The SLP will assess communication needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and caregivers to support progress across settings.This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values flexibility, independence, and working within a collaborative team model.Key Responsibilities • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs • Provide direct speech therapy services in the home setting • Target communication development, articulation, receptive/expressive language, and social communication skills • Collaborate with BCBAs to support functional communication goals • Provide caregiver coaching and strategies to support carryover in the home • Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and documentation • Participate in team collaboration and case discussions as neededQualifications • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Active South Carolina SLP license in good standing • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred • Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently in home-based environments • Reliable transportation for travel to client homesPreferred Qualifications • Experience providing in-home or early intervention services • Experience collaborating with ABA providers • Experience supporting AAC, functional communication, and language development • Interest in working as part of a collaborative care modelCompensation & Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience and service type • Flexible scheduling options • Autonomy in clinical planning and treatment approach • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Opportunities to help shape and grow Speech services within the organization • Meaningful work supporting children and families in underserved communitiesWork Environment • Services are provided in client homes • Flexible caseload options based on availability and location • Collaboration with ABA clinical team for coordinated care • Travel between client locations may be requiredWhy Join M’Aiken Bright Futures • Opportunity to be part of a growing interdisciplinary team • Help expand access to speech services in communities with limited resources • Flexible work structure with strong administrative support • Ability to make a meaningful, lasting impact on communication developmentApplication Instructions Please submit: • Resume • South Carolina license information • CCC-SLP status (if applicable) • Availability (full-time, part-time, or contract) • Preferred service areas • Confirmation of reliable transportation
