DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the repair/replacement processes on HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, plumbing systems, electrical systems, appliances, and pool control systemsManage and maintain work orders, turnover of vacant units, and scheduling contractors for estimates and approved contracted workPerform routine and scheduled maintenance tasks to include; grounds care, common areas, trash and recycling, safety inspections, monthly and quarterly inspections, and preventative maintenanceAssist in maintaining the operating budget for turnovers, R&M, and capex budgeted itemsReport accidents, emergency, or safety concerns to supervisor immediately Support additional properties as needed in the assigned areaParticipate in the on-call rotation scheduleDemonstrate and follow the Oakbrook ValuesAll other duties as assigned Are you the Maintenance Technician we're looking for?To thrive as a Maintenance Technician at Oakbrook Corporation, you should possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues effectively.
