The Community Support Specialist I provide services to individuals with intellectual disabilities who are living in a congregate HUD apartment building. Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, this individual is responsible for involving Individuals served in a person-centered approach to planning and participating in habilitation and enrichment services. This position will work alongside the program supervisor and other team members to ensure that the persons served have a safe, secure, and supportive living environment. $1,000 Sign-on bonus10 am to 6 pm or 11 am to 7 pm.
