We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Operator to join our quality control team. The CMM Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines to ensure the accuracy and precision of our manufactured products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in metrology, proficiency in CMM software, and a dedication to upholding the highest quality standards. salary: $22 - $23.8 per hour shift: First work hours: 6:30 AM - 3 PM education: High School Responsibilities CMM Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines to measure the dimensions and geometric tolerances of components and products. Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections and measurements of components, ensuring compliance with design specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards Data Analysis: Analyze measurement data and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders, identifying any deviations or non-conformities. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, programs, and calibration activities, ensuring data traceability. Collaboration: Work closely with quality control, engineering, and production teams to address any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
