This position may train in one of our other locations of Troy, Bloomfield Twp, Clinton Twp or St Clair Shores.RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure excellent customer serviceEnsure only quality products are being packagedPackage, weigh, price, etc. gourmet to go productsMerchandise the gourmet to go pre-packaged items on the sales floor ensuring proper rotationWork independently as well as a teamDetermine priority of products that need to be pre-packaged according to sales volumeEnsure proper tars, product name, price and weights on every package producedAssist the gourmet to go counter associates when customers are waiting for assistanceAssist party planning manager as neededDocument shrink to assist in determining how much of a product needs to be producedEnsure demoed products from the gourmet to go department are kept fullAssist in expediting party tray orders to customersOthers duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required.Must have reliable transportation.Must have previous experience working with food.Must have previous customer service experience.BENEFITS:401K matchEmployee discountHealthDentalVisionSupplemental benefitsIf you are interested in this position, please follow the 2 step application process which includes a formal application after some initial questions.EOE
