What This Role Offers You As a Full-Time CNP, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Medical Director and contribute to high-quality psychiatric care for individuals across diverse backgrounds and clinical needs. Your advanced training and clinical judgment will play a key role in shaping care for: Individuals with mental health diagnoses People involved in the justice system Those with substance use disorders Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) You'll be a critical part of a multidisciplinary team across Behavioral Health, Addiction Services, and IDD programs, ensuring that each person receives thoughtful, holistic, and best-practice care. Your Impact In this role, you will: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing management Provide individual and group psychiatric services Offer consultation within the care team Uphold standards of care aligned with: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) The Ohio Medical Board The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health Services The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (ODODD) Your work ensures that individuals in Medicaid-certified Supported Living and Residential facilities receive compassionate, compliant, and high-quality psychiatric services. RequirementsQualifications Education Master's degree in Nursing or related field Graduation from an NLN-accredited nursing program Active Ohio RN license Experience No required experience Preferred: 2+ years working with individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders Experience with Veterans or military families Licensure & Certification Certified Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatric (PMHNP) through ANCC Current Ohio Certificate of Authority to practice as a CNP Current Ohio Certificate to Prescribe
