Hi Network Operations (NetOps) Engineer Seattle, WA Duration: 6 months Contract To hire Network Operations (NetOps) Strong programming experience in: Python Go JavaScript / TypeScript Role Description: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure performance. Develop automated solutions for configuration management, monitoring, and alerting. Support incident response, perform root cause analysis, and restore services rapidly. Partner with network engineering teams to design scalable and resilient architectures. Software Development Develop high-quality, scalable applications, scripts, and automation frameworks (preferred languages: Python, Go, Node.js). Integrate network platforms using APIs, SDKs, and automation pipelines. Maintain CI/CD pipelines for network tool deployment and validation. Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and proper documentation. Automation & DevOps Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) workflows using tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Automate repetitive network tasks to improve operational efficiency. Implement observability solutions, including logs, metrics, and traces, for network application ecosystems. Collaboration Work closely with NetOps, Security, and Cloud Engineering teams. Translate operational pain points into scalable technical solutions. Mentor junior developers and promote DevOps and automation best practices.
