Hydraulic Hose Assembler / Warehouse Associate Pay Rate: $18/hr Location: Humble, TX Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm Number of Job Openings: 3 Responsiblities: Assembly: Measure, cut, clean, and crimp industrial hydraulic hoses using machines like crimpers and cutters. Fittings: Attach appropriate fittings (couplings) to hoses, ensuring correct depth and lubrication. Testing & Inspection: Pressure test assemblies and visually check for defects, leaks, and proper crimp diameter. Work Orders: Interpret work orders, blueprints, or schematics to build hoses to precise specs. Quality Control: Ensure final products meet safety, quality, and performance standards. Inventory: Maintain records, manage materials, and keep work areas clean. Packaging: Clean and package hose assemblies for shipment Skills & Qualifications Experience assembling hydraulic hoses preferred Warehouse / Forklift experience preferred Ability to read and understand work orders and instructions Proficient in using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of hydraulic systems and components. Tool Proficiency: Experience with hand/power tools, crimpers, tape measures. Attention to Detail: Crucial for precise measurements and quality checks. Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy parts, work in noisy/hot environments. Safety Focus: Adherence to strict safety procedures. Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
