This role is responsible for day-to-day OnBase administration, user support, system configuration, and ongoing optimization of workflows and integrations. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, a proactive mindset, and experience working in a production OnBase environment.Your future duties and responsibilities:Administer, configure, and support the Hyland OnBase platform, including user security, document types, workflows, queues, and system settingsProvide Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for OnBase-related incidents, service requests, and production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impactMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Hyland support or internal teams as neededDesign, configure, and maintain OnBase workflows, lifecycle rules, and automation to support business processesManage user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with security and compliance requirementsSupport system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including testing and validationCreate and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational proceduresPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and implement system improvementsCollaborate with solution developers, DBAs, infrastructure, and InfoSec to ensure a stable and secure platformRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:3-6 years of hands-on experience supporting and administering Hyland OnBase in an enterprise production environmentActive Hyland OnBase certification (e.g., System Administration, Workflow, or equivalent)Strong understanding of OnBase architecture, document management, workflows, and security modelsExperience troubleshooting OnBase issues related to workflows, integrations, users, and performanceStrong experience with SQL for querying, troubleshooting, and reportingDemonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and drive them through resolutionStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Unity Client, Web Client, Unity Forms, and related modulesDemonstrated success planning/executing OnBase upgrades and module installs with minimal downtimeScripting/automation experience for operational tasks and deployment hygieneExperience with monitoring/alerting tools and log aggregation; JIRA or similar ITSMSolid grasp of backup/DR, high availability concepts, and change management (ITIL)Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting OnBase integrations with ERP, HR, finance, or case management systemsExperience with integrations with Hyland OnBase (Salesforce, MuleSoft, SAP, GCP, etc.)Experience with change management, release management, or ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)Exposure to compliance-driven or regulated environmentsPrior experience working in a matrixed or enterprise-scale organizationKey CompetenciesProactive and self-directed with a strong sense of ownershipIntellectually curious with a continuous learning mindsetAble to balance urgency with quality in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working independently and collaborativelyOrganized, detail-oriented, and dependableOther Information:CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
