Maintenance Technician - Greenville, SC

BOJ OF WNC/TN, LLCJob Title: Maintenance Technician Supervisor: Director of Maintenance and Director of Facilities FLSA Status: Salary Non-Exempt Prerequisite: Prior restaurant maintenance experience Up-to-date certifications in refrigeration and HVAC Travel to North Greenville, Hendersonville, and cities around the Asheville area is required, and a vehicle will be provided Duties and Responsibilities Repair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structures Install machinery systems• Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working order Perform minor building, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as necessary Implement preventative maintenance measures. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Complete inspections of restaurants with RVP's and AD's when necessary. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol Perform other maintenance duties as requested. Follow up and complete the store maintenance list. Send in completed work tickets and time sheets for the previous week on Monday. Keep company vehicles clean and maintained. Communicate any maintenance items that need to be replaced if they can't be fixed or cost too much due to age or condition of equipment. Communicate to the store manager, ADs, and RDOs on the status of repairs Physical Requirements Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs + Frequent: Climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, kneeling. The position will be responsible for up to 20 locations.
