Job Full Description Laser Machine Operator - Allen, TX Location: Allen, Texas Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (frequent overtime available) Pay: $20 - $30, Based on experience. What You'll Do Operate and maintain laser cutting machines to ensure continuous production flow. Troubleshoot issues quickly to maximize machine utilization and efficiency. Organize and combine jobs to improve throughput. Learn and master machine controls while adopting new techniques from experienced operators. Mentor junior operators and share best practices. Track jobs, manage time effectively, and maintain compliance with company policies. Prepare parts for downstream processes and ensure quality standards are met. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; trade school or vocational training preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience operating laser cutting machines. Experience with Trumpf and Bystronic lasers is a plus. Forklift certification preferred. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Computer proficiency for time and data entry. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently under deadlines. Positive attitude and commitment to customer service. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain regular attendance.
