Adecco is partnering with TORO in Windom, MN to hire experienced and reliable Floor Leads across all shifts!The Floor Lead supports the Paint/Weld Supervisor in overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safe, efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards. This working lead role helps coordinate the team, address production issues, and maintain communication between operators and leadership to keep operations on track. 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:30p 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00pm-11:30pm 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00pm-7:30am Pay: $27-$29/hour (based on experience) +$1.50/hour shift differential (for 2nd & 3rd shift) Job Responsibilities Support daily production operations in Paint/Weld to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Assist with coordinating work assignments and monitoring workflow on the floor Identify production issues, material concerns, or bottlenecks and escalate as needed Reinforce adherence to safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures Provide guidance and support to operators, helping train and develop team members Communicate updates between the Supervisor and production team to ensure alignment Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production; paint/weld experience preferred Prior lead or informal leadership experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment Ability to troubleshoot basic production issues and support problem-solving efforts Effective communication and organizational skills Pay Details: $27.00 to $29.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
