Sr Innovation & Process Analyst This is a hybrid role that can be based in either Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL areas. D&H is growing! Summary The Senior Innovation & Process Analyst drives operational improvements and data and supports the implementation of innovative, cross-functional solutions that deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills and technical acumen with a collaborative mindset to support initiatives that enhance operational performance and drive innovation across D&H. Responsibilities Operational Improvement Support • Build data driven business cases for new initiatives that harmonize processes in preparation for NOVA, including ROI calculations, risk assessments, and resource needs. • Bridge gaps between Operations and IT, translating business strategy into technical requirements. • Dive accountably and provide context around impact to process operations, master data, integrations, and/or CX. • Manage related project dependencies, approved scope and escalating issues and delays to appropriate stakeholders • Perform post-implementation reviews and capture KPIs to assess solution effectiveness, user adoption, and ROI. • Facilitate operational enablement and UAT of vendor/partner onboarding Master Data Governance & Data Integrity • Support the creation and implementation of a data governance policy guiding the end-to-end lifecycle of material, customer, and vendor master • Align data policy to enable seamless quote to invoice activities in alignment with sales needs, customer financial and regulatory needs and requirements. • Conduct periodic reviews of data to ensure governance policy adherence and intersystem function and reporting needs • Work with Business Intelligence team to ensure data points enable required operational and transactional reporting Commerce and Data Tool Support • Standardize best practices around commerce automation & data enablement tools • Work with Sales Teams to support onboarding of new customers and vendor requests • Define rules configuration and exception handling needs and requirements • Development required reporting and monitoring to ensure tools scale and deliver savings. • Analyze data and build dashboards to support business defined KPIs and to identify automation Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Information Technology, Master Data Management, Enterprise reporting, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or project management. • Experience with IT distribution, logistics, supply chain and/or e-commerce key processes, challenges, and industry best practices. • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with process mapping, project management, and/or data visualization tools. • Working knowledge of integration technologies/methods such as APIs, EDIs, XML, and/or middleware • Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, and/or ITMS systems (SAP knowledge preferred) • Knowledge of commerce automation, data enablement, and/or workflow tools preferred, such as Conexiom, SpexAccess, Channelscaler, Glasswing, etc. • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodology.
