Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Homecare team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to hospice patients in their homes. Working under the direction of a licensed nurse, the CNA will assist with implementing individualized care plans, support patients with activities of daily living, and manage assigned caseloads with empathy, professionalism, and respect. This position serves patients across Caldwell, Catawba, McDowell, and Burke Counties. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Benefits: Full-time positions include a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement. RequirementsEducation: Certified as a Nursing Assistant. NA I must have current listing as NA I with DFS. Must maintain CPR certification. Experience: One to three years clinical experience. Hospice or home health care experience preferred. Skills/Abilities: Ability to make meaningful observations and complete required documentation. Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with patients and their caregivers. Understands and supports the hospice philosophy of care. Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team. Competency shall be demonstrated by passing competency and skills examination by a qualified licensed nurse. Proficient computer skills with MS Office products. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Maintains current, unrestricted driver's license. Maintains minimum automobile liability insurance for duration of employment.
