Bilingual (English/Spanish) essential. 7+ years of experience in operations or plant leadership within Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturing. Experience managing operations in medium-to-large manufacturing facilities (400+ employees). Strong background and proven success in implementing Continuous Improvement methodologies.
