Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) The Orchards Michigan, located in Three Rivers, MI is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. Base wages $19-$22 per hour based on experience PLUS up to an additional $7.10 per hour with MI Stipend, shift differentials, and perfect attendance bonus! 8 hour shifts with openings on days and afternoons, full and part time available. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift Help Residents with personal hygiene Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse Document Resident food and fluid intake Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy Transport Residents within the facility Assist nurses and other staff as needed Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills: Current and Valid CNA certification Excellent interpersonal skills Effective communication skills Good collaboration and teamwork skills Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities Keen attention to detail In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for several medical conditions Physical strength and stamina First aid and CPR certifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Vacation and Paid Sick Time 401K Tuition Reimbursement
