PeopleSoft Developer: State of VA

Title: PeopleSoft Developer Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 6+ months contract IV: Phone and Video Visa: USC and GC Client is seeking a highly motivated PeopleSoft Batch Developer. This hybrid-remote position is a part of their post-production support team, where you will work to enhance the production support experience. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Requirements: 3-5 years of PeopleSoft experience in technology process or application development Exposure to Financials and HCM Modules in PeopleSoft 9.2 Desired Skills: Experience with PeopleTools, SQL and PeopleSoft Query Experience with batch processing and using scheduler tools (e.g., Control-M) Responsibilities: Effectively schedule batch jobs. Ensure daily that the batch processing is complete and verify that next day batches are put in the scheduling tool Make certain that batch processes and Service Level Agreements are effectively met Competent in examining Application/Interface job malfunctions using the tools given in PeopleSoft and other applications Familiar with adjusting the scheduler database to best align with the team
