The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a key member of Circle Creek Therapy's multidisciplinary care team. In this role, you will work closely with a supervising BCBA and collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Counselors to support children's growth across developmental domains. We are expanding our Behavior Services and are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where co-treatment and coordinated care are highly valued, and where clinicians work closely together to support the whole child. Responsibilities Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy by implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to foster growth in communication, social skills, play skills, cognitive skills, and daily-living skills. Teach and support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals as outlined in individualized programs Collect accurate, timely data and complete session documentation using clinic systems Participate in team meetings, treatment discussions, and supervision with the overseeing BCBA Collaborate and co-treat with other therapy providers to support coordinated, whole-child care Support generalization of skills across clinic, home, and community environments Communicate regularly and professionally with clinical supervisors, care teams, and families Maintain ethical, child-centered practice and adhere to confidentiality and professional standards, including HIPAA and BACB guidelines Uphold Circle Creek Therapy's values of Flexibility, Intentionality, Empathy, Resourcefulness, Collaboration, and Enthusiasm (FIERCE) Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician Certification (or willingness to obtain with support) Experience working with children with autism and developmental differences preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to build rapport and work compassionately with families Detail-oriented with strong data collection and documentation skills Ability to remain calm, adaptive, and positive in dynamic situations Why Circle Creek Therapy?
