About the Role: The Assistant Retail Banking Manager plays a key role in supporting the efficient and effective operations of their branch. The Assistant Retail Banking Manager is a "hands-on" position and will serve as a Universal Banker as needed in the branch. The role requires a customer-focused individual who can assist in managing the daily operations of the branch, ensure exceptional customer service, drive sales and growth initiatives, and assist in leading a team of employees in line with the bank's goals and values. Schedule for this Role: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Who We Are Looking For: Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time in preparatory positions. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred.
