This position includes the day-to-day execution of payroll processing, benefits administration, and related compliance activities, ensuring a positive team member experience while minimizing organizational risk. The Payroll & Benefits Manager works closely with HR leadership, Finance, and internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. What you will do: Administer and process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule using Paylocity, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws. Own end-to-end benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary benefit programs. Serve as the primary administrator for COBRA, FMLA, and 401(k) plans, including vendor coordination, eligibility tracking, reporting, and compliance. Maintain payroll and benefits data integrity within Paylocity, including audits, reconciliations, and system updates. Manage payroll tax coordination, filings, and issue resolution in partnership with internal and external resources. Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. Support open enrollment planning and execution, including system configuration, employee communications, and post-enrollment audits. Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and other applicable employment and benefits regulations.. What you will bring:  Federal and state wage and hour laws (FLSA) Benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) Retirement plan regulations (401(k), pension plans) Leave laws (FMLA, state-specific leave laws) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. At least three years’ related experience required.
