Key Responsibilities: • Create a great customer experience for every guest. • Interact warmly with guests, explain our services, and respond with confidence to questions. • Communicate promotions and wash package details effectively. • Recognize guests' needs and proactively address needs through conversations. • Process point-of-sale purchases. • Know, understand, and use your site's data to make good decisions and recommendations • for customer service strategies and for managing your weekly schedule to achieve sales • goals. • Make good decisions to prevent and resolve issues quickly and appropriately. • Perform other customer, team, and carwash site care duties, as requested from time-to time. Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills: • Sales and customer service experience preferred • Ability to stand on your feet for 8 hours • Confident, friendly, outgoing personality and energetic, inclusive spirit • Goal-orientation and a strong work ethic • Willingness to learn new sales, customer service, and point-of-sale technology skills • Desire to work outside in a fast-paced environment • Ability to maintain clear and transparent communication • Availability to work a flexible schedule based upon weather and anticipated business • volume • Willingness to abide by our uniform appearance standards • Must be 16 years of age with a valid driver's license • Willingness to consent to a background check Salary Description $14 to $15 per hour plus sales commission
