Job Description: iQuasar LLC requires the service of a Big Data Architect/Analyst to provide subject matter expertise to the ASA(FM&C) SOIC to assist in finding big data analytic methods using large and complex data sets from diverse sources for computational analysis within the existing PPBE process, systems, and tools across multiple tiers (Army commands worldwide, HQDA, DOD enterprise and other Federal Agencies). Develops, engineers, maintains, runs tests, evaluates, and implements big data infrastructure, projects, tools, and solutions within an organization, working with the latest database technologies, in order to get results from vast amounts of data quickly. Responsibilities: Big Data Mastery: Engineer and deploy sophisticated big data dashboards and analytics - story telling solutions to bolster decision-making. Visualization Expertise: Craft compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, turning complex datasets into clear insights. Strategic Influence: Offer data-driven insights to senior leadership, optimizing financial management strategies and operational efficiencies. Effective Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to refine analytical approaches, ensuring organizational goals are met. Exhibit superior communication skills for executive-level engagement. Requirements: Professional Experience: At least 10-15 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in Army Financial Management, with proven skills in data science, big data, and visualization, particularly in Tableau. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Cprobe, Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI, R Studio, and MS Office Suite. Desirable Experience: Experience with HQDA, ASA(FM&C), Army PPBES, and military organization financial management is highly valued. Education/Clearance: Bachelor's or master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced degree (Ph.D.) preferred/desired.
