Required field. Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area that's looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and who has excellent communication skills. This company offers professional growth opportunities, high visibility, and a tenured team. This position is onsite. The salary for this position is $70k - $90k. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare monthly financial reports and present insights to senior management Analyze revenue, gross profit, and forecast variances, identifying key drivers and recommending actions Assess inventory for reserves, LCM, and obsolescence to optimize asset utilization Monitor CapEx spend, debt covenants, and customer rebates, ensuring compliance and timely reporting Lead pricing and cost structure analyses, collaborating with sales to drive strategic pricing decisions Partner with multiple teams on quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans aligned with strategic goals Manage finance systems, including Power BI and Adaptive, identifying automation and process improvement opportunities The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA Certification or advanced degree desirable 3+ years in progressive manufacturing accounting experience Proven knowledge of cost, general accounting/financial management concepts, and techniques Significant experience using an integrated ERP system Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs Able to effectively communicate at all organizational levels Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
