Steel Worker / Utility – 2nd ShiftPay: $21/hr + production bonus after hire-onSchedule: 1 PM–9 PM or 3 PM–12 AM + optional OTEnvironment: Loud, dusty, dirty, indoor/outdoor; hot summers, cold wintersAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a reliable Steel Worker / Utility team member to support production in a fast‑paced steel manufacturing environment. This role is physical, hands‑on, and requires working safely across multiple departments.What You’ll Do Load and unload rail cars and move materials throughout the facility Feed raw materials into machines and help stage finished product Cross-train and work in multiple production areas, including inspection, repairs, and supporting various processes Operate or assist with overhead cranes and manipulators as needed Keep production areas clean and follow all safety procedures What You Need High School Diploma/GED Basic hand tool knowledge Comfort working in loud, dusty, hot/cold industrial conditions Able to work independently and with a team, in a fast-paced environment Why It’s a Great Fit for the Right Candidate Very hands‑on work with variety Cross‑training lets you learn multiple areas Strong team environment and long‑term growth potential Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camp Hill, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
