Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (11:00 - 21:30) Description: VA BOM license is required. To be considered, traveler must either have the license in hand, or show proof of application in the submission.Profession: X Ray Tech Start date: VCH needs the start date listed in the job order. To be considered, please update both the submission packet and the candidate's Lotus Connect profile to match this date Duration: 13-weeks Schedule: 4x10's, 11am - 9:30 pm REQUIREMENTS: - VA BOM license is required. To be considered, traveler must either have the license in hand, or show proof of application in the submission. VA license verification, - BLS required - ARRT registered required - 2 years experience required PREFERRED: -O-arm experience - OR skills preferred - EPIC experience preferred VACCINE INFO: - The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st). - If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler's request complies with CMS guidelines. Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation.
