This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying active throughout the day, and helping seniors remain engaged and independent. Every shift is different - you may greet families in the morning, help lead an activity in the afternoon, and transport residents to appointments or outings. What You'll Do Front Desk & Administrative Support Welcome residents, visitors, and vendors in a friendly, professional manner Answer phones and provide information or direction Assist with light clerical duties (filing, scheduling, basic data entry) Communicate effectively with staff and departments Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment Life Enrichment & Activities Assist with daily social, recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities Help set up and clean up events and programs Encourage resident participation and engagement Escort and assist residents to activities Support group and one-on-one engagement Transportation Services Safely transport residents to appointments and community outings Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle Follow all safety and driving regulations Complete vehicle logs and inspections Help residents remain comfortable and secure during transport Why Join Charter Senior Living Our mission - To Enhance the Human Spirit - applies to both residents and team members.
