Opportunities for Career Advancement. Benefits Package. Key Responsibilities:Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Record and report on client progress and behavior data. Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Collaborate and communicate effectively with families and team members. Requirements:Completion of onboarding documents. Resume. Up-to-date negative TB test. Credentialing documentation (per state requirements) Qualifications:Minimum of a High School Diploma (must provide transcripts) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work setting.
