This is a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who excels in industrial refrigeration, preventive maintenance, and safety-focused operations. Daily Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial refrigeration systems Maintain and repair conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic tools, and related equipment Support warehouse and cold storage facility maintenance operations Diagnose mechanical and refrigeration issues and complete timely repairs Follow OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols Operate effectively in environments ranging from -20°F to 100°F Use PPE and company-provided freezer gear during daily operations Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and support facility uptime Required Experience & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or industrial maintenance Proven industrial refrigeration experience in cold storage or similar environments ETA or RETA Industrial Refrigeration Course One certification required Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting practices Experience working with conveyor systems, motors, and pneumatic tools OSHA and workplace safety knowledge preferred Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds frequently Ability to remain on your feet in a physically active role for extended periods Willingness to complete RETA recertification every three years on personal study time Ability to meet Drug-Free Workplace requirements Ready to Take the Next Step in Industrial Refrigeration?
